WHEN BECOMING A NATIONAL AM FREE OF PREVIOUS CONTRACTS AND OBLIGATIONS?

No, you will need to address any obligations and contracts attached to your 14 amendment citizen name. Just because you become a national doesn't mean you forget all contracts that you may have willing or unwillingly entered in. If needed assistance contact one of the jurist within the local jurisdiction.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET THE PROCESS STARTED FOR BEING A NATIONAL?

As soon as you complete the exam and fill out the registration form and pay the registration fee for nationality service. Be sure to speak with us.

DO YOU GET THE SAME BENEFITS AS BEING AN IPA MEMBER VS ARNA NATIONAL?

No, the benefits are different for being a national of ARNA and IPA member. You still get the protections under international law but you don't get the tax exemption status as IPA member like you would as a ARNA National. If you still would like to get more clarity be sure to reach out to us.

DO WE HAVE LOCAL JURISDICTION CLASS OR EVENTS?

Yes, there are local jurisdiction classes that are recorded and are bi-weekly. You will be able to access the previous classes by making donations monthly to the Hawab DFW.

IS THERE A RITES OF PASSAGE FOR ARNA AND IPA?

There is a Rites Of Passage for ARNA but not for the IPA.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE OF ARNA AND IPA?

ARNA is the nation states and has a governing constitution based on natural law. IPA is a human rights institution that operates as a body politic and the constitution that is based on the UN declaration rights of indigenous peoples.

DOES ARNA AND IPA HAVE A POLITICAL PARTY FOR THE PEOPLE?

Yes it is called IPPP (Indigenous Peoples Political Party) is the inside of ARNA and IPA that can be used to interface with the outside government.

CAN I BE IN THE MILITARY AND STILL BE APART OF ARNA OR IPA?

Yes, everyone has the right to claim the nationality and any institution who gives you issues with that is grounds for a lawsuit because that is an act of genocide. But also keep in mind that when doing that you waiving certain rights and classified differently. Be sure to consult with us to explain this.

CAN I NATIONALIZE WITH ARNA AND NOT FOLLOW THE ARNA CONSTITUTION?

No, per the exam you take before entering into ARNA. You Must Abide By The ARNA Constitution IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE TO BE AN ARNA NATIONAL.

IF AM INCARNCINATED OR JAIL CAN I STILL BE NATIONAL IN ARNA?

Yes, you can still become part of a body political and claim nationality.

WILL JOINING ARNA STOP MY BENEIFITS FROM SNAP AND WHICK OR SOCIAL SECRUITY?

No, as you claim your nationality you upgrade your status as a non-citizen US National. So you can still receive benefits.

DOES ARNA HAVE THEIR OWN DRIVES LICENSE?

Yes, we do. But you must wait 6 months and clear background check with us and sign an affidavit.
